Job Summary

This role places you as a key Facility Management Site Manager for a market leader in the Nuremberg region. Your daily responsibilities will center on strategic planning, including detailed time and capacity scheduling, and overseeing financial aspects such as creating quotes, supplements, and managing project controlling. A crucial element of the job involves providing technical leadership to the team and actively participating in contract award discussions and key client meetings. Furthermore, you will be responsible for customer consultation, relationship maintenance, and ensuring meticulous documentation is kept. To succeed, you must hold a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) qualification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or possess a relevant university degree. Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar leadership capacity, are required for this full-time, permanent position.
