Job Summary

This Systems Engineer role involves taking overall technical responsibility for the integration and functional capability of complex systems within development projects, focusing on energy systems for the aviation, security, and defense industries. Day-to-day tasks include rigorous Requirements Engineering, such as structuring customer demands, reviewing specifications, and creating detailed requirements documents. You will define the system architecture, manage interfaces between various components and disciplines, and technically steer external development partners and suppliers. A key responsibility is planning and coordinating verification activities through simulations and tests conducted on dedicated system test benches. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a similar field, coupled with professional experience in system integration and/or requirements management. This position offers high levels of autonomy, flexible working hours (35-hour week), and the possibility of home office.
