Job Summary

This Business Analyst role supports network management and execution units, specifically Transformers/Switchgear, by providing data-driven analysis and recommendations for performance enhancement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and modeling operational data, creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, and developing automation and digitalization strategies across the entire value chain, including procurement, production, and logistics. The ideal candidate will proactively drive continuous optimization of data and process chains to foster a data-driven, agile organization. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake is required, along with excellent communication skills in both English and German to effectively collaborate across global teams and influence organizational change.
