Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary legal contact for DKV Mobility's group companies and business units, focusing specifically on Energy and E-Mobility legal matters within a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for advising business units on national and international supply and distribution contracts in the electromobility sector, including reviewing and negotiating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements. Key activities also include providing legal guidance for the launch and distribution of new products, especially when entering new markets, and developing legal structures for emerging business areas. The ideal candidate possesses two state legal examinations, ideally with distinction, and is characterized by analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in both German and English.
