Job Summary

The IT Operations Manager will serve as the technical orchestrator for IT systems within a major inter-cantonal hospital, ensuring the reliability, performance, and technical coherence of all IT products. Key responsibilities include supervising operational execution, coordinating cross-functional technical projects (migrations, infrastructure changes, security), and driving incident resolution across the technical domain. You will work closely with the Application Manager to ensure service continuity and operational security, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives related to monitoring, capacity planning, and process industrialization. This role requires a strong focus on governance, risk assessment, and technical roadmap contribution, ensuring all operations align with public health and institutional security directives. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, significant experience in application management and system architecture, and fluency in French, complemented by a minimum B1 level of English.
