Job Summary

This Specialist CME Certification role, offered part-time in Ingelheim am Rhein, involves critical administrative and regulatory tasks centered on the timely and accurate certification of continuing medical and pharmaceutical education programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include the prompt application for CME certifications and DMP recognitions through various online portals of state medical associations and regulatory bodies, meticulous monitoring of application returns, processing associated invoices, and managing incoming certification registrations. The role requires strong organizational acumen and the ability to autonomously check applications against complex regulatory requirements. You will maintain continuous communication with external partners, such as medical association contacts and scientific directors, as well as internal stakeholders including Compliance Officers and Product Managers. Key qualifications include several years of experience in administrative processing and project work, ideally within the highly compliance-regulated pharmaceutical sector.
