Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Process Specialist within the Materials and Processes domain at Liebherr-Aerospace, a leading European manufacturer of aircraft equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving development activities, including the preparation, execution, evaluation, and documentation of various procedures, with a specific focus on supervising and enhancing spraying processes, such as High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF). Day-to-day tasks involve comparing, modifying, and adapting manufacturing methods and material applications to meet operational needs, defining process optimization strategies, and ensuring quality standards through the development of quality concepts. You will also contribute technically to supplier qualification and conduct internal and external audits. Key qualifications include a degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience specifically in spraying processes. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, alongside strong analytical skills.
