Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in plant technology, contributing to development solutions for various industries including automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, and energy. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating bills of materials, circuit diagrams, and manufacturing documentation essential for production. A key part of the job is developing electrical engineering solutions collaboratively with the manufacturing department and programming specialized PLC functions using Siemens TIA Portal. The engineer will also be responsible for coordinating with project managers, specialized departments, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, an equivalent technical certification, or comparable qualifications, along with practical experience in PLC programming, SAP usage, and schematic creation using tools like EPLAN P8. Fluency in both German and English is a prerequisite for success in this position.
