The SAP IT Coordinator acts as the critical link between IT and end-users, responsible for capturing and analyzing user requirements, developing robust solution concepts, and advising on the setup and optimization of core business processes. Key day-to-day tasks include application administration, customizing, and providing support, specifically within SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and Central Settlement. The coordinator also manages integration tests through to production acceptance, creates user documentation, and conducts training sessions. Successful candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics or Business Administration, or alternatively, completed vocational training coupled with professional experience as a Key-User in Financial Accounting. Strong analytical thinking and a quality-conscious, structured work ethic are essential for success in this demanding position.
