Job Summary

This highly autonomous position involves the strategic planning, coordination, and monitoring of all maintenance and renovation activities across the client's production and administrative buildings, technical systems, and supply infrastructure, covering multiple Swiss locations. The Facility Manager is responsible for developing strategic maintenance plans, managing budgets, and defining product lifecycle and maintenance cycles for buildings and systems. You will lead renovation and expansion projects, oversee operational safety, and manage all building technology contracts (maintenance, cleaning, construction). A key part of the role is optimizing operational concepts, coordinating external service providers, and leading various process optimization projects, often collaborating with Global HQ and EMEA teams.
