Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Process Manager to drive continuous improvement and execute Process Mining initiatives. The core responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, defining concrete recommendations for action, and monitoring the implementation and ongoing development of these improved processes. A significant part of the role involves independently conducting Process Mining projects, supporting the technical administration of the Process Mining platform, and integrating new systems for robust Process Analytics. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in fields like Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Economics, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in Process Management. Success in this role requires strong IT affinity, excellent process understanding, and mandatory proficiency in both German and English, alongside solid SAP and MS Office skills. This position offers exposure to challenging, international projects across Germany's largest industrial sectors, focusing on Engineering, IT, and Business Administration interfaces.
