Job Summary

The eTail Expert will be instrumental in building core competencies within eTail innovation programs, specifically focusing on partner activities for Samsung Electronics. Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and controlling eTail initiatives, contributing to campaign planning, and driving projects across the organization while managing stakeholder resources. A central function of this role is designing eTailer systems tailored to current market demands and preparing raw content and assets for ACoE to prevent bottlenecks. The successful candidate should possess a degree in IT or Business Administration and practical experience in eTail management, including project management (agile), digital expertise (User Journey, UX), and knowledge of web analytics, CRM, CMS, and database systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate external service providers, and good English proficiency, offering a challenging role in a major global technology company.
