Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the flawless execution of promotions, flagship launches, and digital services within a major e-commerce platform. The specialist will primarily support the setup and management of promotions, including creating and managing SKUs, defining payment procedures, setting promotion rules, and handling terms and conditions, services, and digital vouchers. A significant component involves quality assurance and testing of all promotions and services to guarantee technical functionality. Day-to-day tasks also include resolving customer order issues in collaboration with Customer Service, handling GDPR inquiries, and actively communicating with global online shop support and related IT systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or Accounting, coupled with practical experience in shop operations, fulfillment, and ERP systems, making them a vital link between business requirements and technical execution.
