Job Summary

This critical role seeks an Electrical Engineer to manage and execute development and type testing within high voltage laboratory environments, focusing on advancing the energy management product portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with R&D departments and international clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning, preparing, and conducting standard-compliant type tests in both internal and external labs, optimizing existing test methods, and overseeing test processes while adhering to strict cost and time constraints. The position requires technical leadership over the test team and facilities during test phases, involvement in cross-functional projects, and advising partners on efficiency improvements. Candidates must hold a degree, preferably a Master's, in Electrical Engineering with specialized knowledge in high voltage or power engineering, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
