Daily activities include analyzing customer requirements and market dynamics, developing strategic solutions in collaboration with Samsung's R&D and partners, and ensuring the successful implementation of SMO systems. A core responsibility is influencing technical decision-makers and advocating for customer needs internally to shape future product roadmaps. This position requires deep market insight, consultative pre-sales experience, and the ability to articulate complex technical advantages to executive-level stakeholders. The goal is to strategically advance the customer's SMO solution based on comprehensive market and technology analysis.
