This role requires a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and structure the Open RAN maintenance organization, ensuring operational processes align perfectly with customer contractual requirements and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating all maintenance activities, establishing high-level maintenance plans, managing resource allocation (personnel, tools, locations), and ensuring strict cost control to maintain planned profit margins. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customer operations management, regularly reviewing performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in maintenance within the mobile communications sector. This is a critical leadership position with overall responsibility for driving team performance, managing purchasing processes, and ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations in cutting-edge Open RAN projects.
