Job Summary

This demanding role requires a skilled Systems Engineer to take full responsibility for the structure, integration, and verification of complex systems within advanced development projects. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and evaluating system concepts and architectures, ensuring all technical, normative, and customer requirements are met. The engineer will be crucial in defining technical interfaces, deriving functional specifications from requirement specifications, and managing external development partners and suppliers to maintain technical quality and project goals. A significant part of the role includes conducting and documenting comprehensive system tests, environmental trials, and coordinating test rigs from initial concept through commissioning. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of experience in complex system design, coupled with strong strategic thinking, leadership potential, and fluency in both German and English.
