Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Erlangen, Germany, seeks an experienced Electrical Technician specializing in series production environments. The core responsibilities involve overseeing the organization of both prototype and series manufacturing processes, focusing heavily on process optimization and quality control. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed fault analysis on finished products, troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions, and ensuring continuous machine maintenance and repair. A crucial component of the role is the organization and setup of specialized testing stations. Candidates must possess technical training or certification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally at the level of a certified technician or master craftsman. While several years of experience in microelectronics is preferred, junior technicians are encouraged to apply.
