Job Summary
This role involves managing and expanding the customer base within a defined sales territory for a leading Swiss company specializing in high-quality electromechanical components and custom magnetic solutions for industrial applications. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business partners (OEMs, plant constructors, distributors), providing technical consulting on magnetic solutions, and conducting product presentations and training. You will be instrumental in planning and implementing sales strategies, collaborating closely with the development department on customized solutions, and representing the company at international trade fairs. This challenging position offers significant scope for independent action within a technologically advanced environment, supporting the company's commitment to quality and precision in the high-end industrial sector.
Required Skills
Education
Technical qualification combined with commercial knowledge, or commercial qualification with high technical affinity
Experience
- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in Key Account Management and/or international sales is advantageous
- Proven communication and negotiation competence
- Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, and structured working methods
