Job Summary

This versatile role seeks an IT-savvy professional to manage and maintain the corporate IT infrastructure across multiple locations, primarily based in Mannheim. Key responsibilities include the administration of the IT environment, performing installations of hardware such as laptops, PCs, and servers, and providing crucial remote and on-site technical support. The technician will also be responsible for managing specific systems like Thin Clients and ChromeBoxes, documenting all incidents accurately within a ticketing system, and assisting with various international IT projects. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in IT support. Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and proficiency in MS Office (with Google Suite knowledge being a plus) are required.
