Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive technical support and maintenance of building and infrastructure systems, focusing on electrical, HVAC, and sanitation facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, commissioning, and operation of building technology systems. Key daily tasks include monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting technical installations (e.g., climate control, heating, electrical systems), performing minor repairs, and assisting with the creation and review of maintenance concepts and external service contracts. Essential requirements include a completed technical or trade apprenticeship (e.g., electrical or climate technology), basic IT literacy, and knowledge of facility management processes. This position offers a permanent contract (unbefristet) and requires a flexible, structured, and results-oriented working style within a team environment, ensuring the operational readiness and safety of the facility.
