Job Summary

This role invites an experienced professional to join a world-class R&D team focused on realizing leading-edge innovations for efficient electrical energy use. The Senior R&D Engineer will primarily focus on developing new power Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology platforms, optimizing existing modules, and defining future technology targets in collaboration with TCAD and application experts. Day-to-day tasks involve intense collaboration with unit process engineers, planning and evaluating complex experiments using Design of Experiment (DoE) techniques, establishing new process of records, and performing rigorous data analysis and documentation. Key requirements include a university degree (ideally PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Sciences, coupled with over six years of experience in technology development or process integration, specifically within power applications. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, device physics, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering, along with fluent English skills, to drive critical work-packages within global technology projects.
