The IT Systems Electronics Technician will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing first-line support to users regarding hardware and software, focusing heavily on Microsoft standard products and business applications. Daily tasks include managing the central Service Desk, handling ticket classification, performing structured error analysis, troubleshooting, and documenting resolutions. The role also involves the automated installation and commissioning of new devices (PCs, smartphones, printers), managing access control and IT systems (e.g., rights assignment), and collaborating with external IT partners. A strong background in Microsoft products, modern enterprise solutions (virtualization, VDI, networking), and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this independent and responsible position.
