Job Summary
The Director of Sales will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing a comprehensive leisure sales strategy across national and international markets for an exclusive, highly-regarded luxury resort in Switzerland. This pivotal role involves actively shaping the resort's global positioning by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts such as high-end tour operators and luxury consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature). The successful candidate will represent the resort at international luxury trade shows and sales missions, conduct VIP visits, and closely monitor market performance using KPIs and forecasts. This position offers significant autonomy and responsibility within a high-standard environment, requiring a strategic, analytical mindset, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in both German and English to drive commercial success and market share growth.
