Job Summary

This role involves significantly influencing the development of the company's system landscape within a growing insurance sector firm. The IT Consultant will be responsible for the planning, control, and support of internal and external projects. Core daily tasks include the analysis, documentation, optimization, and comprehensive digitalization of existing business processes, alongside modeling both current and new processes. The consultant will also conduct workshops and training sessions for in-house software and manage communication with business partners and internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (preferably with a focus on Project Management) or is a certified IT Specialist. Experience with process automation tools like Camunda, proficiency in UML tools (e.g., VisualParadigm), and familiarity with standard project methodologies are essential.
