Job Summary

This critical role seeks a highly qualified Technical Assistant or Deputy Laboratory Coordinator to ensure the smooth, compliant operation of a pharmaceutical laboratory. The core responsibilities involve providing technical expertise, particularly in sterility testing and method verification, while planning routine releases, verification, and special analyses strictly under cGMP conditions. You will be instrumental in managing weekly sample planning, ensuring timely analysis releases, and maintaining efficient sample throughput. A key aspect of the job is acting as the primary support contact for troubleshooting, special investigations, and projects, alongside managing deviations, changes, and OOX events. Qualified candidates must possess a scientific degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent long-term professional experience as a Biology Laboratory Technician in the pharmaceutical sector. Crucially, candidates must demonstrate prior experience working in a cGMP environment, familiarity with microbiological analyses, and proven ability to provide technical guidance to teams. Excellent German and English skills are mandatory for success in this demanding role.
