Job Summary

This role involves specialized work in complaint management and R&D support, primarily focusing on transfusion medicine and cell therapy within the chemical/medical device industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging complaints via SAP, investigating complaint samples to determine root causes, and creating comprehensive English complaint documentation and statistical reports within the SAP-P94 system. A significant part of the job involves supporting R&D projects through essential laboratory work, measurements, analytics, and quality controls, as well as developing and executing test methods using human blood for areas like autotransfusion and plasma donation. Candidates must possess a medical or biological background, several years of professional experience, preferably in transfusion technology or medical device complaint handling, and demonstrate good to very good English proficiency for documentation and international meeting participation. The position offers a permanent contract and remuneration based on the chemical industry collective agreement.
