Job Summary

This role involves hands-on electrical maintenance and repair within existing properties, including stairwells, garages, apartments, and commercial units. A key part of the job is troubleshooting various electrical systems like intercoms, ventilators, lighting, and smoke/heat exhaust ventilation. The technician will also conduct inspections according to TAEV standards, manage and lead small construction sites with up to two teams, and maintain detailed written records. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in electrical engineering, proven professional experience, excellent communication in German, and the ability to work independently while leading small teams. This is a full-time, permanent position offering professional development, a supportive work environment with flat hierarchies, and a 4-day work week for most of the month.
