Job Summary

This critical role focuses on the comprehensive planning and execution management of expansion and modification projects primarily involving federal highways. Daily tasks include generating design, approval, and execution planning documents, ensuring strict coordination with environmental planning departments, procurement offices, and various internal specialist units. A significant part of the position involves high-level negotiation and consultation with external public stakeholders, including local municipalities, citizen initiatives, and water management authorities. Furthermore, the engineer is responsible for preparing detailed tender documents and managing the performance and output of external engineering firms. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering and brings practical experience in road planning, specifically covering HOAI planning phases 1 through 5.
