Job Summary

This critical role focuses on ensuring the compliant and efficient operation of laboratory processes, specializing in sterility testing and method verification under strict cGMP conditions. Day-to-day tasks involve providing technical expertise, planning routine releases, verification, and special analytics, and managing weekly sample planning to guarantee timely analysis and adherence to turnaround times. The Deputy Coordinator acts as a key contact for troubleshooting, projects, and special studies, and is responsible for processing deviations, changes, events, and Out-of-Expectation (OOX) occurrences. Successful candidates must hold a completed natural science degree (Bachelor/Master) with initial relevant professional experience, or possess long-term experience as a Biologist Laboratory Technician. Expertise in cGMP regulations, microbiological analysis, LIMS, and the technical guidance of teams is essential, complemented by excellent communication skills in both German and English.
