Job Summary

This critical role focuses on steering and coordinating the entire document management lifecycle for complex energy transition projects within a leading German project management firm. The core responsibilities involve developing and implementing robust document management processes, standardizing workflows, and acting as the central communication interface across the entire project team. Day-to-day tasks include performing plausibility checks on technical plans, conducting editorial reviews, optimizing operational procedures economically, and administering specialized Document Management Platforms (EDM, PKS, etc.). Candidates must hold a university degree (Master or Diploma) in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree combined with initial professional experience in a relevant role. Essential qualifications include high IT affinity, strong analytical and strategic thinking, and proficiency with software tools such as Office 365 (Excel/SharePoint). Required Skills

Education

Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering; OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Experience in steering and coordinating complex document management processes
