This role seeks a (Senior) Business Consultant Tax to actively drive the digital transformation within the Schwarz Group's tax department. The consultant will be responsible for the significant development of central tax systems, focusing specifically on calculating current and deferred taxes and handling declarations for various national legal entities. A key part of the role involves building and continuously enhancing national tax reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and a robust data foundation. The successful candidate will conceptualize and refine corporate income tax system solutions, implementing innovative digital solutions in close cooperation with the IT department. Candidates must bring professional experience from auditing, tax consulting, or financial administration, coupled with deep expertise in partnership taxation and corporate tax groups. A strong grasp of accounting processes, IT affinity, and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for defining IT requirements and driving team solutions, offering a chance to take responsibility and develop efficient, sustainable solutions.
