Job Summary

This role involves driving the data-driven future of BCG Platinion by strategically developing the central data platform, ensuring high data quality, and promoting effective cross-functional data utilization. The Senior Specialist will act as a central interface, developing key dashboards, primarily using Tableau, and advising on the automation of core reporting processes. Day-to-day tasks include providing leadership teams with insightful analyses, concise reports, and data-driven decision templates to influence strategic direction. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field, and possesses at least 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably with exposure to consulting. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with expertise in Excel, including Pivot and PowerQuery.
