Construction Manager for Pipeline and Civil Engineering | Bauleiter für Rohrleitungs- / Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing and overseeing construction projects focused on critical municipal infrastructure, specifically in water supply, sewage/wastewater, and district heating networks for the City of Immenstadt i. Allgäu utility company. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of construction contracts, including quality, cost, and schedule monitoring, conducting contractual correspondence, and managing negotiations for supplementary services (change orders). Key day-to-day activities include coordinating external engineering service providers, steering the tendering and awarding process, and managing planning services (phases 1-5). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification in civil engineering, possesses initial professional experience, and demonstrates strong communication, team-working, and organizational skills.
