Job Summary
This position seeks a dedicated Service Desk Coordinator to manage and optimize IT support processes within a versatile technical environment. You will be instrumental in providing 2nd-level technical support, monitoring incoming support cases, and ensuring timely escalation when necessary. A core part of the role involves coordinating support workflows, conducting ticket reviews, and acting as the crucial interface between the support team and internal project teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work across various modern IT domains, including Server infrastructure, Networking, Security, Microsoft 365, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate must be service-oriented, communicative, and possess the resilience and high quality standards needed to drive continuous process improvement alongside IT management. Strong technical acumen combined with excellent German and good English skills are required to succeed in this dynamic coordination role.
