Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Production Technician based in Leverkusen, focused on ensuring the quality and efficient manufacturing of critical pharmaceutical products, such as Aspirin and Rivaroxaban. Day-to-day responsibilities include the meticulous cleaning, assembly, and setup of production equipment, followed by operating and adjusting production facilities to manufacture finished goods. The technician will be responsible for processing production orders using specialized operating systems like SAP and MES Core. A crucial aspect of the role involves quality assurance, requiring the execution of In-Process Controls (IPCs) and rigorous documentation of all results, manufacturing protocols, and cleaning documents in strict adherence to GMP guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, practical experience in pharmaceutical production, and a strong understanding of the GMP environment.
