Job Summary

This role is a key Administrative Officer focused on the functional management and strategic development of the SAP system for the LWL's Building and Property Management division. Day-to-day responsibilities are heavily weighted towards project leadership (50%) for expanding and enhancing the SAP landscape, and specialized SAP steering (35%). This includes managing SAP licenses, roles, and authorization concepts, acting as the primary functional contact for FI (Financial Accounting) and RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) modules, and coordinating solution proposals with external IT service providers. A smaller portion of the role (10%) involves financial accounting tasks like accounts payable and receivable. Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Administration or IT, or an equivalent administrative qualification, coupled with at least three years of relevant professional experience and advanced German proficiency. Required Skills

Education

University Degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Business Administration, Informatics, or equivalent; OR successful completion of the Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt:in) course; OR equivalent qualification for the higher general administrative service.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related areas (SAP, Finance, Administration, IT)
  • Experience in participating in or leading SAP projects (Desirable)
