Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for an internationally successful manufacturer in the packaging industry located in Gotha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of plant maintenance, including routine servicing, operation, and rapid fault analysis to minimize production downtime. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting production process issues, monitoring control systems and process control systems, and assisting with spare parts management. Qualifications require a completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or a comparable field, ideally coupled with experience in industrial machinery maintenance. The position offers flexibility regarding shift systems (two or four shifts) and provides an opportunity to contribute to technical optimization projects, making it an attractive role for a dedicated technician looking to advance their career in a stable industrial environment.
