Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a skilled Chemical Laboratory Technician to act as an examiner within a GLP testing facility in Bergisch Gladbach. The core responsibilities involve executing complex chemical analyses, including instrumental techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and Ion Chromatography (IC), alongside traditional titration methods. A major focus will be determining physico-chemical parameters (e.g., viscosity, density, surface tension) following strict international regulations (CIPAC, OECD, ISO, ASTM, DIN, FEA). The technician is responsible for maintaining rigorous GLP-compliant documentation, evaluating results using specialized analytical software (e.g., Chromeleon), and ensuring the proper functioning of laboratory equipment through qualification and validation procedures. Candidates must possess completed chemical vocational training (e.g., Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA) and a minimum of two years of experience in an analytical lab environment. Experience with GxP/ISO quality systems and proficiency in English are considered strong assets for success in this highly regulated analytical role.
