Job Summary

This permanent position in Cologne seeks a meticulous Industrial Electrician to manage the testing, maintenance, and commissioning of advanced electrical and electronic systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing new electrotechnical components, handling spare parts such as PLCs, frequency converters, and DC controllers, and rigorously checking various sensors, including sophisticated 3D cameras and X-ray generators. The role also requires constructing test and prototype control systems, conducting warm runs of electromagnets, and ensuring all technical processes are thoroughly documented. The successful candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in industrial electronics or a comparable field, strong teamwork capabilities, and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
