Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Electrical Master Technician or certified professional to assume full technical and personnel leadership of the Electrical Department in Lünen. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the team, developing cost calculations and proposals, and serving as the primary technical consultant for complex issues involving customers, partners, and colleagues. A core function is the planning, organization, and successful implementation of electrical projects, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant DIN standards, safety regulations, and electrotechnical standards. You will also be responsible for the training and supervision of apprentices. Candidates must possess several years of industry experience, proven leadership capabilities, and foundational knowledge of motors and frequency converters.
