Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an Energy Management Technician involves playing a crucial role in managing the energy portfolio for AWO Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of a major social service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include commissioning and managing renewable energy projects, particularly photovoltaic systems, and driving energy efficiency initiatives across various facilities (senior centers, kindergartens, etc.). You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including schedule, cost, and quality control, negotiating contracts with energy providers, and continuously monitoring energy consumption to identify resource savings and develop strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate has completed professional training as an Electrical Technician or Technician in Energy Management, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates a keen interest in commercial aspects of energy management.
