Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Finance Department of the City of Visselhövede, focusing heavily on financial administration and accounting within the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating fees and operating costs for water and sewage disposal, managing contribution systems (development and road construction fees), and handling financial aspects like donations and wildlife damage compensation. A key component of the job is assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements and budgets, along with managing energy cost accounting for municipal buildings. Applicants must possess a relevant commercial or administrative qualification, strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the willingness to quickly learn specialized public sector IT applications (ideally H&H Pro Doppik knowledge).
