Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated Civil Engineering Technician looking to join a traditional, family-run company focused on civil works projects in the Kitzbühel region. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial support to site management, including preparing detailed technical specifications, conducting precise quantity surveying, and managing project billing and invoicing. You will also assist with comprehensive planning, cost calculation, and construction scheduling. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating subcontractors and suppliers and performing essential surveying tasks on site. The successful candidate must possess a degree from a technical college (HTL/Fachschule) or a completed apprenticeship as a Construction Technical Assistant with at least two years of practical experience. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and proficiency in relevant software like MS Office, AutoCAD, and ITWO are essential.
