Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in complex special machinery construction in the Nuremberg region. The core responsibilities include creating detailed electrical designs using EPLAN, selecting necessary electrical components, and generating associated documentation such as circuit diagrams and parts lists. You will also be responsible for drafting comprehensive technical specifications (Lastenhefte), reviewing external supplier circuit documentation for compliance, and compiling comprehensive technical manuals and operating instructions for the final machines. Ideal candidates must possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering, evidenced by a completed degree or an apprenticeship combined with a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification. Success in this position requires several years of professional experience in electrical design, particularly within the special machinery sector, coupled with routine, proficient knowledge of EPLAN.
