Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration of virtual client and server environments within the central IT department. Key responsibilities include maintaining and expanding software automation platforms, independently managing IT system integration projects, and providing 1st and 2nd level support by processing relevant tickets. The administrator will also be tasked with developing and integrating new software solutions based on requirement catalogs, alongside general maintenance of the IT infrastructure (both hardware and software). Candidates must possess professional experience in administering current server and client operating systems, coupled with specific knowledge of virtualization and endpoint management tools like VMware vSphere, Citrix Terminal Server, and Baramundi. This position offers an attractive salary package (EG 10 TVöD) and systematic onboarding, requiring both self-reliance and team collaboration, with occasional on-site deployments and participation in on-call duty.
