Job Summary

This Configuration and Change Manager role, based in Bremen, involves supporting and executing robust Change and Problem Report Management processes specifically for combat and mission aircraft programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and correcting Configuration Management (CM) deliverables, defining new CM tool functionalities, and developing joint life-cycle processes to ensure comprehensive CM control throughout product development. You will act as a critical interface between international development and CM departments, coordinating change requests across Engineering, PMO, Production, and In-Service Logistics (ILS), and participating in Change Control Boards (CCBs). Key qualifications require a completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with deep professional knowledge of end-to-end Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Quality Management. Fluency in English and intermediate German proficiency are mandatory. This position offers the chance to drive innovative aerospace projects within a leading defense and space organization.

Required Skills
