Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated technician to ensure the optimal functionality of modern vending systems, contributing to customer satisfaction through reliable service. Day-to-day tasks involve performing critical maintenance and repair work on various automated machines, including coffee, snacks, and cold refreshments. A core part of the job is complex troubleshooting and fault clearance on both mechanical and electronic components. Furthermore, the technician will handle the assembly and installation of new vending machine systems and the programming and adjustment of their control systems. Essential qualifications include a completed technical or trades qualification, such as an Automation Specialist, and mandatory possession of a Class B or BE driver’s license. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.
