Job Summary

This Supply Planner role at Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a leading contract manufacturer of sterile, injectable pharmaceuticals in Halle/Westfalen, Germany, focuses on ensuring efficient production flow for life-changing cancer and critical care medications. The successful candidate will act as a crucial liaison between the Supply Chain department, the local site, and external partners. Key daily activities include comprehensive production planning for filling and packaging operations, scheduling and tracking orders for finished goods and raw materials, and managing supplier communication based on determined demand. The position requires rigorous inventory monitoring, detailed analysis, report generation, and providing accurate inventory forecasts for budgeting. Candidates must possess a completed technical or business degree focusing on Production Control or Logistics and demonstrate initial professional experience in production planning or scheduling. Strong communication, independent work habits, and excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are mandatory.
