This role requires a dedicated Lab Business Support Specialist to manage and maintain complex laboratory computer systems within a highly regulated Biopharma environment in Biberach an der Riß. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and technical support of critical systems, such as Global EM software, managing user access and roles, and ensuring the integrity of master data. A key component of the job involves strict adherence to GMP regulations, requiring the creation and meticulous maintenance of GMP documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Furthermore, the specialist will support complex data analysis, providing crucial information necessary for operational decision-making. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or IT field and possesses several years of experience operating within GMP-regulated frameworks (FDA, Annex). Success in this position demands strong IT affinity, excellent communication skills, and robust assertiveness to navigate cross-functional support tasks.
